"Joseph (Joe) Paul Wimmer, 39, of Bluff City, TN, passed away Thursday, January 23, 2025 in Johnson City Medical Center in Johnson City, TN."Joe was born July 31, 1985 in Bluefield, WV, a son of Dianne Coleman Wimmer and the late Coy Wimmer. Joe was formerly of the Three Forks area of Jolo, WV and a graduate of Iaeger High School, class of 2003. Joe worked in construction as a mason.
"In addition to his father, Coy Wimmer, Joe was preceded in death by a special aunt, Cheryl Church.
"Survivors include his mother, Dianne Wimmer of Bluff City, TN; son, Parker Wimmer of Jolo, WV; three sisters, Lisa Layman of Blue Ridge, VA, Rebecka Wimmer and fiancé, Shanan Jaynes of Bluff City, TN, and Kelsey Wimmer of Bluff City; one brother, Coy Dwight Wimmer Jr. of Englewood, CO; special niece, Shaylynn Jaynes of Bluff City; best friend, Ryan Hagerman; special cousins, Justin Hale, Jayson Coleman, Josh Coleman, Mikey Church, Brittany Evans and Julia Blevins; numerous additional cousins; and special friends, Scarlett and Macon Vance.
"Friends may visit with the family at the Community Church of the Living God in Three Forks near Jolo, WV, after 6 p.m. Friday evening, January 31, 2025.
"Funeral services will be conducted at 1 o’clock Saturday, February 1, 2025 with Reverends Ray and Janice Belcher, Reverend Ted Muncy and Reverend Roger Pete Woods officiating at the Community Church of the Living God at Three Forks near Jolo. Burial will follow in the Coleman Cemetery at Buckeye near Jolo, WV. Serving as pallbearers will be family and friends.

"Gerald Dewayne Cline Jr., 53, of Otter Branch, WV, passed away Friday, January 24, 2025."Gerald was born July 7, 1971 in Welch, WV, a son of the late Carl Cline Jr. and Bertha Martin Cline Belcher. Gerald was the soul care taker for his father, Randall Belcher, with whom he resided.
"In addition to his parents, Carl and Bertha Cline, Gerald was preceded in death by a brother-in-law, Michael Johnson.

"It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Billy Gene Green, a loving husband, devoted father, and cherished member of the Friendship Association Church, who passed away peacefully on January 16, 2025, at the age of 78. He was born on October 21, 1946, to the late Arnold and Mae (Dixon) Green in Welch, WV. He was known for his kindness, generosity, strong work ethic and a deep passion for the outdoors whether fishing, hunting, camping or exploring the mountains of West Virginia. He loved nothing more than spending special time with his family. Bill was a member of the UMWA and worked 35 years for US Steel Pinnacle #50 as a welder and electrician."He is survived by his beloved wife, Mary Ellen (Riffe) Green, daughters Brenda Shumate and husband Terry of Pineville, WV and Barbara Green of Blacksburg, VA and grandchildren Jayen Parker Green and wife Meagan Smith of Christiansburg, VA and Michaela Faber and husband Trey of Charleston, WV. Gene is survived by brothers Ray and wife Cora, Larry and wife Evelyn, Bobby and wife Susan, and Terry and wife Carol. His memory will be cherished by a host of nieces, nephews, beloved in-laws and dear friends.
