"Mrs. Williams was a homemaker and a lifelong resident of Wyoming and Raleigh counties and was of the Protestant faith. "She was preceded in death by a brother, Carlos "Pip" Bailey. "Other survivors include three daughters, Sherry Phillips of Cross Lanes, Ginna Smith of Beckley, and Melinda Roberts of Bolt; a son, Buddy Allen of Canvas; four brothers, Estel Duncan, Cecil Bailey, and Glenn Bailey, all of Cleveland, and Larry Bailey of Sabine; two sisters, Carol Bailey and Cindy Woodson, both of Sabine; six grandchildren, Tanya Atwood, Kristy Smith, Kendra Smith, Tabatha Allen, Courtney Allen, and Jeffrey Wayne Allen; and one great-grandson, Michael Atwood.
