Born July 21, 1949 in War, WV, she was the daughter the late Ruth Ann Asbury."Judy was a 1967 graduate of Big Creek High School in War, she was also a retired bank teller with the Pioneer Community Bank in War, a member of the War Advent Christian Church where she was also the church treasurer.
"Those left to cherish her memories are seven cousins, Rita Stout of War, Patsy Bailey of North Carolina, Brenda Stout Webb of Lewisburg, Jimmy Asbury of North Carolina, Timmy Ratcliffe, Gene Ratcliffe and Judy Harrell all of Virginia; other family Sally Stout of Elkton, MD; and her church family and friends.
