"Ray Junior Stillwell passed away Friday, July 29, 2022."Ray was born September 11, 1964 in Welch, WV, a son of the late Robert Lee Stillwell and Shirley Luetta Bowles Potter and the step son of Ray Potter. Ray was of the Pentecostal Faith. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, playing horse shoes and ridding 4 wheelers.
"Ray was preceded in death by his father, Robert Lee Stillwell, mother, Shirley Luetta Bowles Potter and stepfather, Ray Tilten Potter; one brother, Bobby Stillwell; and a son-in-law Tucker Bolden.
"Survivors include three children, Renee Bolden of Moghean, WV; Tosha Short and husband Brian of Premier, WV and Billy Ray Stillwell and wife Fallon of Edmore Village near Welch, WV; his ex-wife, Evelyn Stillwell of Roderfield, WV; and one sister, Nora Stevenson of South Carolina; grandchildren, Ryan Short and fiancée Samantha of Premier, Paige Bolden of Moghean, Keith Roberts of Edmore Village, Hunter Bolden of Moghean, Arianna Short of Premier, Lou Lou Lambert of Edmore Village, Abby Lambert of Edmore Village, and Lucas Stillwell also of Edmore Village. Ray was also looking forward to his first great grandchild.

"Evelyn Woolen (Mullins) Stillwell, 60, of Premier, WV, passed away Thursday, November 28, 2024 at Thomas Memorial Hospital in Charleston, WV."Evelyn was born December 29, 1963 in Welch, WV a daughter of Mary Ferrell Mullins and the late James Carl Mullins. Evelyn loved spending time with her children and grandchildren; they were her pride and joy.
"In addition to her father, James Carl Mullins, Evelyn was preceded in death by a sister, Irish Steele, three brothers, Bill Mullins, Franklin Mullins and John Mullins; and the father of her children, Ray Stillwell.
"Survivors include her mother, Mary Mullins of Davy; two daughters, Renee Bolden and her late husband, Danny Joe Bolden of Mohegan, and Tasha Short and husband Brian of Premier; one son Billy Ray Stillwell and wife Fallon of Welch; seven grandchildren, Ryan Short and wife Samantha, Arianna Short, Diana Bolden and fiancé Phillip Lucion, Hunter Bolden and fiancée Ariana Collins, Keith Roberts and fiancée, Talissa Osborne, Loraine Lambert and fiancé, Anthony Atkins, Abby Lambert, and Lucas Stillwell; and two great-grandchildren, Jaxx Short and Wyatt Stewart; four sisters, Stella Mullins and husband Mickey; Eunice Hunt and husband Timmy, Diane Dotson and husband Eddie, and Linda Bevil; and one brother, Jesse Mullins and wife Rebecca; a special nephew, Jamie Mullins and wife Ginger; and several loved nieces and nephews.

"Funeral services will be conducted Tuesday, December 3, 2024 at 12 o’clock with Reverend Danny Bowles officiating at the Chapel of Fanning Funeral Home in Iaeger. Burial will follow in the Mullins Cemetery on Crane Ridge near Avondale, WV. Serving as pallbearers will be family and friends.

Born September 27, 1962 in Welch, WV, he was the son of the late Russell Joseph Underwood and Janet Vivian McDonald Underwood."Justin was a truck driver for Y&Y and Triple A and he was of the Pentecostal Faith.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Tammy Marlene Underwood and three brothers, Jason, Joseph and John Underwood."Those left to his memories are one son, Justin Underwood Jr. and Ashley of Charleston; two sisters, Cindi Fox and companion Wayne of Welch, and Leeanna Lane and husband Charles of Premier; one sister, Norma Kay Riggs of Welch and sister-in-law, Karen Kay Underwood of Premier; seven grandchildren, Aiden and Ethan Underwood, Gabriel Underwood, Thomas and Tammy Davis, Heather and Haley Nierman and one bonus granddaughter, Alyssa Davis.
