Born November 28, 1945 in Welch, WV, she was the daughter of the late John Patton Barrett and Elsie Viola Brewster Barrett James. She was the last remaining member of her immediate family, having been preceded in death by numerous siblings. She loved to sew and spend time with her family and friends."Left to cherish her memory is Burley Muncy, her loving and devoted husband of 60 years; and six children, Jimmy (Lisa) Muncy, Juanita (Ray) Hagerman, Charlie Muncy and his companion Robin, Walter (Kristena) Muncy, Sharon (Jimmy) Browning, Pam (Mike) Wallace; and ten grandchildren whom she loved very much; eight great grandchildren; and three great grand-angel babies.
