"Reba Joyce Mullins, 72, of Princeton, WV, formerly of Iaeger (Beartown area), made her transition to her Heavenly Home on May 17, 2024, at her home surrounded by family, following a brief illness."Reba was born in McDowell County a daughter of the late Haltzy Mullins and Venia Mullins Morgan both of McDowell County.
"Reba was a member of One Church Triumphant of Pounding Mill, VA. She was a retired LPN of many years, with a vast career in home care, pediatric home nursing, and personal duty nursing. She loved the Lord and giving the word of the Lord, and had spent many years in ministry. Her calling and greatest joy was encouraging, building up and comforting those around her with the word of the Lord. She also loved her family and friends and occasions filed with joyous laughter.

"Left to cherish her memory are one daughter, Ron Eugenia Myers of the home; two sisters, Lois (Don) White of Bluefield, VA and Noveline (Johnny) Brant of Iaeger, WV; nephews, Michael (Karin) White of Newberry, SC, Mark (Ambryan) White of Huntington, WV and Steven Brant of Christiansburg VA; one special niece, Christy (Walter) Brant Lovett of Iaeger, WV and a host of great nieces and nephews; one great-great niece, as well as a life-long friend of 50 years, Mary Osborne of Princeton, WV.
"Funeral services will be conducted Tuesday, May 21, 2024 at 1 o’clock, with Brother Johnny Brant and Sister Christy Brant Lovett officiating at the Chapel of Fanning Funeral Home in Iaeger, WV. Burial will follow in the Roberts Family Cemetery on Coon Branch Mountain near Iaeger, WV. Serving as pallbearers will be family and friends.
