"Born October 8, 1952 at Iaeger, WV, she was a daughter of the late William H. “Bill” Dawson and Claudine Jones Dawson.
"She was of the Pentecostal faith. Linda loved freshwater fishing, boating, gardening, and flowers. She was a gentle soul, very loving, caring, enjoyed life and worked hard her whole life. She enjoyed “sister vacations” to Disney, Smith Mountain Lake, and watching the Hallmark Channel.
"In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a brother, Tommy Dawson and her special friend, Rosie Kitts.
"She is survived by her son, Steven Dwight Taylor, Jr. and wife, Lisa of Cheyenne, WY; sisters, Frances Ward and husband, Benton of Yukon, WV and Mary Smith and husband, Henry of Crescent City, FL; grandchildren, Nathan and Jaret.
