"Peggy Lynn Owens, Age 54, of Rogersville, Tennessee passed away Friday, May 9, 2014 at her home."Born September 14, 1959 in Welch, West, Virginia, she was the daughter of Roma Payne of Paynesville, West Virginia and the late George Payne.
"In addition to her father, George Payne, she was preceded in death by a granddaughter Kendal Owens, a nephew Shawn Mullins and sister in law Ruby Payne.
"Survivors in addition to her mother Roma Payne include One Son Kevin Owens and wife Marie of Mt Carmel, Tennessee, Two Daughters Kellie Smith and husband Jason of Paynesville, West Virginia
Shellie Reynolds and husband Gregory of Paynesville, West Virginia; Grandchildren Makena Owens

'The family will receive friends Wednesday evening at the church at 6 PM Where a service will be held at 7 PM.
'Serving as pallbearers will be Kevin Owens, Jason Smith, Gregory Reynolds, Don Dobbs, Justin Vance, Dakota Dobbs, Shannon Mullins, Gary Payne Jeff Lester.

Born November 19, 1948 in Floyd County, Kentucky he was the son of the late Van Patton, Sr. and Rebecca (Beck) Patton. He was a retired coal miner.
