"Vina Kay Cyphers, 65, of War went to be with the Lord on Friday, March 1, 2024 at her residence. Born February 3, 1959 in Elyria, Ohio she was the daughter of the late Avery Scott and Betty Lou Williams Stepp.
Kay was a former Pharmacy Tech at Rite Aid Pharmacy in War. She was a member of the East War Advent Christian Church in War."In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a sister, Susie McCoy.
