Born April 26, 1943 in Big Creek, WV, he was the son of the late Shannon Mullins and Ela Mae King Lane Mullins."Johnny was a retired construction worker with the Corte Construction Company. He was affiliated with the Bethel Assembly of God Church in Vivian, WV.
"In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his first wife, Judy D. Mullins; one son, Jackie Collins Jr.; one daughter, Donna Mullins Thomas; two brothers and four sisters.
