"He was a graduate of Mullens High School, a member of First United Methodist Church, Itmann, W.Va., Bill was a retired Coal Miner with 37 years of service retiring from Itmann Consolidated Coal Mines and was a member of U.M.W.A. local union 9690.
"In addition to his parents he is preceded in death by his sisters, Judy Repass Plaster and Karen Repass Cox; brothers, Robert “Bobby” Repass, and James “Jimmy” Repass and his wife, Pauline, and brother-in-law, Fred Belcher.
