born on January 15, 1973 in Logan, WV a son of Geneva Cline of Oceana and the late Ronald Belcher. In addition
to his father he is preceded in death by a brother David Belcher and a sister Tabitha Belcher. In addition to his
mother survivors include Alexis Paige Belcher and Jayden Brooke Belcher both of Gilbert; two sisters Bernice
Mashburn of Oceana and Doreen Trent and husband Roy of Lillydale; a brother Dale R. Belcher of Oceana; a
grandchild due in May 2021; and a host of nieces, nephews and other loving family and friends. Funeral service
will be held at 2 pm on Friday October 16, 2020 in the Chapel of Stafford Family Funeral Home, Lynco, WV with
Rev. Todd Keneda officiating. He will be laid to rest in Kennedy Cemetery, Simon, WV. Friends may gather with

Mary's Medical Center, Huntington, WV. She was born on February 16, 1937, in Logan County, WV, a
daughter of the late Joe and Madelyn Denofrio Secreto. Frances was an excellent mother, grandmother,
worker and everyone's friend. She opened her heart to everyone and loved to cook and sew. She was a
loving mother and devoted her life to raising her children. She was the strength and backbone of her
