lovingly cared for by her grandson Alan Neely. Born June 18, 1925 in Jumping Branch, WV, a daughter of
the late Glen and Edna Cole Cochran. Virginia was a homemaker, owner of Virginia's Fabric and was a
member of Corinne First Church of God. In addition to her parents she is preceded in death by her
husband Calvin Graham Tilley; a sister Glenna Lemons and husband Connie; a brother Buel "Boone"
Cochran and Wife Beulah "Boots"; great granddaughters Carson Elizabeth Patton and Mackenzie Erin
Cardwell; and a daughter-in-law JoAnn Tilley Menefee. Virginia loved spending time with her family,
talking on the phone, working in her flower garden, crafts, painting, playing playdoh and coloring with
