"Bert Douglas "Doug" Osborne, 49, of Oceana, WV, passed away on Wednesday, October 5, 2016 in Pikeville
Medical Center, Pikeville, KY. He was born on August 8, 1967 in Fairfax, VA a son of Maggie Aliff Samples of
Fredericksburg, VA and the late Nathan Osborne. In addition to his father he is preceded in death by his
father and mother -in-law James R. and Hazel Cline. In addition to his mother survivors include his loving
wife of 13 years Kimberly Cline Osborne; a daughter Emily Kate Osborne; a brother George Crum of
Lancaster, PA; two sister and brother-in-laws Tammy and Dewight Stafford of Kopperston and Teresa and
Mark Shumate of Richmond, ME; a nephew Josh and Lauren Stafford of Man; his dog Abby Lee; and a host of
other loving family and friends. A memorial services will be held at 1:00 PM on Saturday, October 8, 2016 in
the Chapel of Stafford Family Funeral Home, Lynco, WV with Rev. Dewight Stafford and Bro. Kenny Wray
officiating. In keeping with his wishes he will be cremated.

" Spence, Perry, 84, of McGraws died at 8:10 p.m. Wednesday in a Beckley hospital after a long illness. Born July 24, 1888, in Floyd County, Va., he was a retired coal miner and farmer. He was a son of the late Jeremiah Jefferson and Victoria Scott Spence. Spence was a member of the Milam United Methodist Church and the Independent Order of Odd Fellows Lodge at Ravencliff. His wife Ida Morgan (sic, Moran) Spence, died in 1971. Survivors include four sons, Glen of Cool Ridge, Cecil of Battle Creek, Mich., Dennis of Elyria, Ohio, and Cletus (Buddy) of South Bend, Ohio, six daughters, Mrs. Walter (Opal) McGraw and Mrs. Holt (Freda) Cozort, both of McGraws, Mrs, Junior (Gaye) Bailey of Fairdale, Mrs. Robert (Pauline) McKeenhan of Beckley, Mrs. William (Gladys) Walter of Belle, and Mrs. Dalue (Eunice) of Stuart, Va.; 20 grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren.
