Hospital, Beckley, WV. He was born on November 22, 1949 the son of the late Jesse and Lucille Fraley
Milam. Herbert is a member of Joseph Baptist Church and the UMWA. He was a United States Army
Vietnam Veteran. He is preceded in death by his parents. Survivors include his loving wife of 32 years
Ginger Spolarich Milam; two daughters Michelle Snuffer of Glen Fork and Miranda Toler of Oceana; two
sons Tommy (Kathy) Milam of Glen Fork and Brian (Sandra ) Milam of Clear Fork; two sisters Brenda
(Windel) Stewart of Matheny and Florence of NC; a brother Tommy (Linda) Milam of FL; nine grandchildren
Brooke, Abigail, Alley, Tommy, Mia, Dawson, McKinzie, Jake and Olivia; and a host of other loving family
