Beckley, WV. He was born on March 23, 1941 in Clear Fork, WV a son of the late James and Goldie Bailey Spratt.
Rondell is a United States Army Veteran and a member of the DAV. In addition to his parents he is preceded in
death by the love of his life Kat Hill Spratt; a daughter Debra Lynn Kelly; a son Bobbi J. Spratt; and three siblings
Jimmy Spratt, Vondie Spratt and Connie Spratt. Survivors include two sons Dale Spratt and wife Autumn of
Beckley and Charles "Chuck" Kelley of NC; two sisters Shirley Strawn of AL and Kia Harvey and husband Ron of
Lillydale; three grandchildren Braelyn Spratt, Kaeden Spratt and Anthony Kelly; a great grandson Jesse; and a
host of other loving family and friends. In keeping with his wishes he will be cremated. A memorial service will
be held at 8pm on Saturday October 3, 2020 in the Chapel of Stafford Family Funeral Home, Lynco, WV with Rev.
Ron Harvey officiating. He will be laid to rest with his loving wife in Memorial Gardens Cemetery, Madison, WV.
Military rites will be conducted by the Wyoming County Veterans Honor Guard. Friends may gather with the

Deb was a 1984 graduate of Oceana High School, she loved hiking, camping, fishing, riding her motorcycle, her job and going to the beach. She is preceded in death by her grandparents Allie Gillenwater and Ira W. Hill, and Goldie and James Spratt. Those left to cherish her memories are her parents Rondell and Kathern Spratt of Kopperston; three brothers Charles G. Kelly of NC, Bobbie J.
