1926 in Pilgrim, KY a daughter to the late George and Fannie Moore Parsley. In addition to her parents she
is preceded in death by her husband of 46 years Amos Duncan; four sisters Dixie Tilley Brown, Irene

"Jeffrey Scott "Bodine" Blankenship, 43, of Charleston, WV, formerly of Oceana, went home to be with the
Lord on Friday, February 3, 2017. He was born on April 28, 1973 in Man, WV, the son of Larry and Vickie
Aliff Blankenship of Clear Fork. Jeffrey was a former Paramedic in L.E.A.S.A. in Logan County, a mine safety
instructor at Southern WV Community and Technical College in Logan, a volunteer at the Oceana Volunteer
Fire Department for many years and most recently worked for WV DOH in Wyoming County. Jeffrey
"Bodine" never met a stranger and was loved by all who knew and worked with him. Most of all, Jeffrey
loved the Lord Jesus Christ and was always telling others of his love for the Lord. In addition to his parents
survivors include his loving wife Mary Leigh Ellison Blankenship; son Samuel Elias Blankenship; sister Kelly
Blankenship of Hurricane; and a host of other loving family and friends. Funeral services will be held at 1:00
PM on Wednesday, February 8, 2017 in the Chapel of Stafford Family Funeral Home, Lynco, WV with
Pastors Hannibal Blankenship and Erwin Gregory officiating and Eulogy by Matthew Ellison. He will be laid
