Calloway and Adie Cozart Tolliver, she enjoyed her time cooking, canning from the garden, and spending time with family and friends especially her grandchildren. She is in heaven now with the love of her life of 47 years Bobby Joe Adkins and her hunting buddy Esther Adkins. "Patty took an early retirement from the West Virginia school system in 1989. She then began a career with the Culpeper County School system as the Director of Special Education. In January of 1992, she married retired Col. Jack E. Fincham. They moved to Brenton in June of 1997.
"Patty was an active member of Cook Memorial Baptist Church. She loved her church and her church family. Patty was a strong Christian lady and will be greatly missed by all.
