"Evelyn was the postmaster at the New Richmond Post Office for over 25 years. Evelyn loved her little community and enjoyed sitting on her front porch, taking in all the local activity around her. She loved to travel. Evelyn loved life, and truly had a wonderful time.
"In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband Bud Lumbo, her daughter Jackie Lumbo, her brother Harold Smith, her sister Margaret MaClanahan, and her sister in law Linda Smith.
"Those left to cherish the wonderful memories that Evelyn left behind, are her two children Judy Jennings and husband Marty of Beckley, and Danny Lumbo and his wife Leigh Ann of Pineville. 3 grand children Heather Simmons and husband Josh, JR Brehm and wife Juli, and Elizabeth Nelson and husband Matt. 7 great grandchildren: Austin, Lexi, and Caleb Simmons; Dylan, Holly, Savannah, and Paytin Brehm. 2 brothers Raymond Smith, and Con Smith and his wife Joyce, 2 special caregivers Tonya Nelson, and Nora Belt, and a host of nieces, nephews and many friends.

Sunday, June 4, 2017 in CAMC General, Charleston, WV. He was born on August 9, 1977 in Man, WV a son of
Owen and Betty Jane Gibson Duffy, Jr. of Cyclone. Michael attended Joseph Baptist Church and was a 1995
graduate of Oceana High School. He is preceded in death by his grandparents Owen H. and Elsie Mae
Osborne Duffy and Aldie Gibson; uncles and aunts Peggy Duffy Osborne, Johnny Duffy, Betty Duffy Gibson
and Herbert Gibson; and a cousin Jeremy Lee Gibson. In addition to his parents survivors include a daughter
Jessica Duffy of Cyclone; a son Alex Sinecoff of Cyclone; a sister Teresa Duffy of Cyclone; his grandmother
Annie Gibson of Cyclone; a nephew Nelson Workman of Cyclone; his companion Yvonne Osborne of Lynco;
several uncles, aunts and a host of other loving family and friends. Funeral services will be held at 7:00 PM
on Wednesday, June 7, 2017 at Joseph Baptist Church, Lynco, WV with Pastor William Cook officiating.
Friends may gather with the family from 6-9:00 PM on Wednesday, June 7, 2017 at the church. In keeping
with his wishes he will be cremated following the service..."
