Born on February 13, 1943, at Daleville, he was a son of Lillie Barnett Lee of Roanoke and the late Amos W. Lee, Sr. He had been a resident of Troutville for all of his life and was a member of the Holiness Church. He was a retired truck driver and a former employee of North American Van Lines. He was a member of the Bramwell Masonic Lodge #45 and was also a member of the Beni Kedem Temple. Besides his father, he was preceded in death by three sisters. He was the former husband of Ann Lee of Daleville and daughter, Janine Billock.
