"Lena "Mickey" Huitt Addair, of Allegan, died Friday, August 8, 2014, at her home, surrounded by her family. Mickey was born September 26, 1932, in Salyersville, KY, the daughter of the late, John and Gaynell (Marshall) Clemens. She was a member of the Eagles, had worked for Perrigo in Allegan for over 15 years, and attended the Bridge Church in Allegan. Surviving are her 4 children: Carla Schafer, Jamie LaFountain and her fiancée, Steven Betke, Kamie Huitt, Jack Addair Jr., 11 grandchildren; 15 great grandchildren, 1 great great grandchild, 2 sisters: Jolene Norbert and Joyce and Robert VanderPal; many nieces, nephews and cousins. She was preceded in death by her son, Danny, 3 brothers: Ray, James, John Jr., 2 sisters: Lorena and Bonnie Jean. Friends may meet with the family on Tuesday, August 12, 2014, from 12 noon till 2 pm at the Gorden Funeral Residence, Allegan Chapel, where funeral services will be held at 2 pm. Pastor Roger Bird will officiate. Interment at Oakwood Cemetery, Allegan. Memorials may be made to the Gorden Funeral Residence for funeral expenses."

"Janice Mildred Addair Murensky of Lakewood, CO and formerly of Avondale, WV and Springfield, VA passed away on September 24, 2017 in a Lakewood hospital following a brief illness. Mildred was born January 27, 1938 to the late John H. and Ira Mae Hooker Addair. She earned a Bachelor's Degree in Elementary Education from Concord College (University) and began her teaching career at the former Crumpler and Raysal Elementary Schools in McDowell County. In 1960, she began teaching in Fairfax County, VA and retired there in 1990 with thirty years service. Mildred will be remembered for her life long devotion to her family, dedication to her teaching profession, her willingness to help friends and neighbors, her creativity, keen sense of humor and outgoing personality. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Frank Murensky formerly of Bartley and a retired teacher; brothers Robert Grayson Addair and Jack Douglas Addair, Sr.; niece Michelle Vinciguerra, nephews Jack Douglas Addair, Jr. and Joey Murensky; father and mother-in-law Adam and Clara Murensky. She is survived by daughter, Cathie Murensky and husband Robert Manard of Lakewood, CO; son, Mark Murensky of Winterville, NC; grandchildren Nicole Manard, Josh and Jake Murensky; brother Joseph Addair and wife Gail of Bandon, OR; sisters Joyce Vinciguerra of Ashland, KY, Linda Perdue and husband Richard of Roanoke, VA, Wanda Crawford of Huntington, WV and several nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. Ona graduated from Iaeger High School in 1949. On September 15, 1951, she married Benny Steele of Iaeger WV who preceded her in death on Dec 26, 1998.

"Ona is survived by her daughter, Debbie Steele Lucas (Lonnie) of Calabash, NC; and two granddaughters, Kelly (Geff) Whitt of Charlotte, N.C. and Amy Reed of Calabash, N.C. She was a proud great grandmother to Jenna Prince (Jacob), Ty Whitt and Ayden and Avery Reed; and a great-great grandmother to Ruthie Prince. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
