Mullins, age 49, of New Castle, DE, passed away suddenly on Saturday, August 16, 2008, at the family's vacation home in Georgetown, DE."Born in Wilmington, DE on January 4, 1959, Mr. Mullins was the son of the late Elmoe and Arretta Mullins, and the identical twin brother of the late Paul Mullins. He was a graduate of William Penn High School. Well known as a hard and diligent worker throughout his life, he was employed with Johnson Controls for many years and later accepted a position with Avon Products where he worked for the past 8 years with his wife, Lynne. Mr. Mullins was an avid outdoorsman throughout his life and greatly enjoyed camping, hunting, and fishing. A kind, generous, and giving man, he truly loved life and delighted in spending time with his family, especially his beloved grandchildren.
"He is survived by his beloved wife, Lynne M. Bock Mullins; stepdaughter, Heather M. Scarmozzi; son, Peter A. Wilson; son, Tyler A. Chapman; daughter, Amanda Grace Chapman; granddaughter, Anaiya Scarmozzi; and grandson, Peter Joseph Wilson; and many brothers, sisters, and extended family members. In addition to his parents and twin brother, he was preceded in death by brothers and sisters.
