"Michael Ross Lamb, 62, of Oceana, WV passed away on Monday December 30, 2019 at his home following a long
illness. He was born on August 30, 1957 in Welch, WV a son of the late David Harold and Mildred Cook Lamb. In
addition to his parents he is preceded in death by a brother Larry Lamb; and nephew Houston Daniels. Survivors
include his loving wife of 37 years Sonja Cline Lamb; a daughter Selena Lamb and companion Tyler Adkins of
Huntington; two sons Ryan Lamb of Huntington and James Alan Lamb of Oceana; a sister Vicki Lamb and
companion Rudolph Tilley of Oceana; a brother Kenny Lamb and wife Cheryl of Oceana; three grandchildren Elijah
Lamb, Emylee Lamb and Madyson Adkins; five nieces and nephews Rachel Hood, Rebecca Daniels, Kayla David,
Beth Lusk and Kurt Lamb; twelve great nieces and nephews; and a host of other loving family and friends. A
memorial service will be held at 5 pm on Sunday January 5, 2020 in the Chapel of Stafford Family Funeral Home,
Lynco, WV with Rev. James Walker, William Charles Cook and Jackie McGinnis Whitley officiating. Friends may
gather with the family from 4 pm until time of services on Sunday at the funeral home. In keeping with his wishes
he will be cremated. The family is being served by the Stafford Family Funeral Home, Oceana, WV."
