"Wallace "Lee" Rowe, 62, of Bartley, WV, passed away Friday April 6, 2018, in Bartley, WV."Lee was born November 11, 1956, in Grundy, VA, a son of the late James Henry and Gertrude Ratliff Rowe. Lee was a generous and loving person; a wonderful husband, father, brother, son and friend. He cared for everyone and was always understanding and helpful.
"In addition to his parents, Lee was preceded in death by one sister, Kansey Rowe; and three brothers, Butch Stacy, Wayne Rowe and James Edward Rowe.
"Survivors include his wife and soul mate, Valarie Rowe; four children, Tommy Lee Rowe of Woodbridge, VA; Angela Leigh Murphy of Manassas, VA, Derrick Lee Rowe of Martinsburg, WV, and Danielle Kansey Rowe of Martinsburg, WV; three step daughters, Latasha Crigger of Bluefield, WV, Santana Estep of Raysal, WV and Cheyanna Justus of Whitewood, VA; numerous grandchildren; and siblings, Kenneth Rowe, David Rowe, Delilah Crigger, Rebecca Sweeney, Deborah Lynn Perry and Jessica Rowe.

Burial will follow in the Estep Family Cemetery in Johnny Cake Hollow at Bartley, WV. Serving as pallbearers will be Kenneth Rowe, David Rowe, Aaron Murphy Bobby Joe Perry, Bo Estep, Raymond Crigger, John Estep, and Johnny Estep.
