"Seaburn Carter, 64, of Oceana, WV passed away on Monday November 27, 2017 at his home. He was
born on July 26,1953 in Logan County, WV a son of the late Troy and Dorothy Frye Carter. Seaburn is a
United States Army Veteran. In addition to his parents he is preceded in death by a sister Georgia Hall.
Survivors include three sons Matthew Carter, Troy Carter both of Oceana and Seaburn James Carter of
Logan County; two sisters Paula (Ron) Green of Myrtle Beach, SC and Crystal Osborne of Ashboro, NC;
and a host of other loving family and friends. Funeral services will be held at 1:00 PM on Friday
December 1, 2017 in the Chapel of Stafford Family Funeral Home, Lynco, WV with Rev. Johnny Hatfield
officiating. He will be laid to rest in Palm Memorial Gardens, Matheny, WV...."
