"She was born on November 19, 1940 in Hanover, WV, to the later Morris and Midge Perry Lester. Mrs. Cline was a graduate of Baileysville High School and she, along with her late husband, owned and operated Cline’s Market in Upland until illness forced its closure in 2012.
"In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Herbert E. Cline; a sister, Marie Blankenship; and a brother, Douglas Lester. Also, preceding her in death were three infant grandchildren. Left to cherish her memory are her daughter, Deborah McNeil and husband David of Upland; two sons, Kenneth Cline and wife Cristy of Princeton; and Dave Cline and wife Anna of Oak Hill; two sisters-in-law, Mae Lester of Hanover and Helen Cline of Bluewell; six grandchildren; the staff of McDowell Nursing and Rehab., and several nieces and nephews.
