Born September 23, 1920 at West Liberty, Ky., she was the daughter of the late Mansford Caskey and Mattie Caskey Deel.
"Mrs. Roberts was homemaker, devoted mother and grandmother, and a member of the Church of the Living God at Johnny Cake, W.Va. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her loving husband, the Reverend Oliver Roberts; three grandsons, Steven Alger, Teddy Aliff, and Robert Roberts, Jr.; daughter-in-law, Carla Jo Roberts; and son-in-law, Bob Thompson.
"Survivors include two sons, Bill Roberts of Peterstown, W.Va., Bobby Roberts and wife Linda of Iaeger, W.Va.; six daughters, Mattie Steele and husband Doyle, Norma Gail England and husband Jackie, Patricia Aliff and husband Steve, all of Peterstown, W.Va., Brenda Lester and husband Charles of Ballard, W.Va., Wilma Carol Lester and husband Carl of Princeton, W.Va., and Regina Alger and husband Steve of Iaeger, W.Va.; 21 grandchildren; 52 great-grandchildren; 13 great-great-grandchildren; and a special friend and caregiver, Jean Proffitt of Lindside, W.Va.
