She was a member of Westminster Presbyterian Church. She was preceded in death by her husband, Robert L. Toner and one daughter, Charlotte Kemp. She is survived by one sister, Nanny Marshall of Elkton, Md. one granddaughter, Kerri Fiolek and her husband, Jon, of Fairview; two great grandchildren: Leslie and Daniel Fiolek; one son-in-law, George G. Kemp of Millcreek. Friends may attend a graveside service at Laurel Hill Cemetery on Monday at 1:00 p.m. conducted by the Rev. Stephen Morse. "On Friday, April 13, 2018 Mabel Elizabeth Duncan went to be with her Heavenly Father. She had been living at Genesis Healthcare, Severna Park, Maryland. Born on October 18, 1917 in Princeton, West Virginia to the late Boyd Sr. and Grace Brown, she was a loving mother, grandmother, great grandmother and great great grandmother. She graduated from Mullens High School in 1935 and married the late George Vernon Duncan in February 1936. She was a life-long member of Highland Avenue Baptist Church in Mullens, West Virginia and enjoyed playing golf as long as she was able. Mullens Women’s Club was a big part of her life.
