"Brenda was born August 17, 1954 in Welch to the late Susie Frazier. She married the love of her life Jack Rutherford in May 1972. She was a 1972 graduate of Big Creek High School, and a dedicated member of the War Advent Christian Church.
" In addition to her mother she was preceded in death by a brother Odie Frazier and a sister Helena Falgiani.
