He was a coal miner for 28 years and the owner/operator of Iaeger Ambulance Service. He enjoyed gardening, hunting, riding 4 wheelers and weed eating. He was a member of God’s Lighthouse Trinity Church in Iaeger, WV.
"In addition to his father, Ezra Vanover, Edward was preceded in death by his first wife, Rosia Vanover and a daughter-in-law, Bonnie Vanover.
"Survivors include his wife, Glynnis Powell Vanover of the home; his mother, Irene Vanover also of the home; two sons, Travis Vanover of York, SC, and Jason Vanover of Iaeger; one daughter, Jennifer Vanover Bailey of Premier; five grandchildren, Tyler Vanover and companion Amy Lee, Mason Vanover and companion Anna Vance, Samantha Vanover, Katelyn Vanover and Kendra Vineyard; three great grandchildren, Levi, Allie, and Brooklyn ; his father-in-law, Harold Powell of Iaeger; and sister-in-law, Susie Keene and husband JT also of Iaeger.
