"BROWN MOUNTAIN, Va. Edna Geraldine Reed, 79, of Brown Mountain, Va. was surrounded by her loving family as she drew her first breath in heaven on Friday, Feb. 10, 2012. She was born in Jolo, W.Va. and was the daughter of the late Booker and Pearl Wimmer Cooper. She was a loving mother, sister, grandmother, great-grandmother, aunt and friend. She enjoyed making beautiful quilts, spending time with her family, and reading the Bible. She had read the Bible from end to end many times over. Geraldine worked as a housekeeper for several people over the years and was a fulltime homemaker most of her life. She attended the Chicken Ridge Pentecostal Holiness Church and was a life time resident of the area. She will be truly missed by all who knew and loved her.'In addition to her parents she preceded in death by her loving husband, Herman Willard Reed; and brothers, Charlie, Mearl, Millard, and Doil Cooper.

Earl loved the W.V. Mountaineers, win or lose. He really loved Elvis movies and his Gospel Music. He enjoyed collecting old model cars, especially his 1952 Hudson Hornet. He enjoyed being with his Grandchildren and Family.
