"Born March 26, 1914, in Pocahontas, Va., she was the daughter of the late Sam and Eva Owens
McCloud. She has resided in Welch the greater part of her life and attended the Trinity Church of Welch.
She was an active member of the Friendship Club. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in
death by her husband, Adrian D. Ervin; a daughter Freda Hamilton; and several brothers and sisters.
"Survivors include four daughters, Shirley Glass of Baltimore, Md.; Mrs. Ed (Maxine) Morgan of Fern Park, Fla; Mrs. Grover (Margaret) Smith of Welch and Wanda Powell of Jacksonville, Fla.; one son and daughter-in-law, Jimmy and Debbie Daltonof Landgraff; two brothers, Ralph McCloud of
