"James Richard (Jimmy) Mullins, 61, of Paynesville, WV, formerly of Knoxville, TN, passed away suddenly March 8, 2019 from injuries sustained in a motor vehicle accident.'Jimmy was born September 16, 1957 in Welch WV; the only son of the late William Joe (Bill) and Phyllis Joan Stacy Mullins. He enjoyed playing video games, collecting guns, and was an avid Star Trek Fan. He also enjoyed spending time with his family and making everyone around him smile and laugh. He worked security for most of his life and was currently employed at Secure KY in Hurley, VA.
"In addition to his parents Jimmy was preceded in death by paternal grandparents, Albert and Nevada Toler Mullins and maternal grandparents, Hobart and Edith Attroe Lambert Stacy; one brother-in-law, James Fletcher and several aunts, uncles and cousins.
