Mitchell; and uncle Brian Sizemore. In addition to her parents survivors include her five beautiful
children Elijah Shane Brooks of Jesse, Isabella Rayne McGraw of Pineville, Micah Maynard, Dalton Maynard, and Allyson Maynard all of Franklin Furnace, OH; her grandmother Judy Sizemore of

"Elmer Tilley, 89, of Lynco, WV Went home to be with the Lord on Tuesday February 26, 2019 at Raleigh
General Hospital, Beckley, WV. He was born January 10, 1930 in Clear Fork, WV, a son of the late Thomas
Field and Vida Toler Tilley. He was a loving husband, father, grandfather and friend. Elmer was a UMWA
member and retired after forty-four years of coal mining. In Addition to his parents he was preceded in
death by three brothers Raymond, Earnest and Thomas, Jr.; two sisters Ruth and Ruby; and a son-in-law
Bobby Ray Rhinehart. Survivors include his loving wife of almost 71 years Athelene Vance Tilley; two
daughters Bonnie Rinehart and Debra and husband Robert Trent; a son Richard and wife Regina Tilley;
three grandchildren Melissa and husband Will McGregor, Justin and wife Katie Grimmette and Levi Tilley;
two great grandchildren and a great great grandchild; and a host of other loving family and friends.
Graveside services will be held at 1:00 PM on Monday March 4th in the Palm Memorial Gardens
Mausoleum, Matheny, with Rev. Valdis Bailey officiating. He will be laid to rest in Palm Memorial
