Carbaugh. Dolly was a homemaker and loved visiting with her family, friends and close friend Bobby. Dolly
loved going to the beauty shop and visiting with a very long friend Phyllis Valley and friend Helen Walker.
Dolly and Helen would on the spur of the moment take off and go shopping. In addition to her parents she
is preceded in death by two daughters Amanda Dawn Blankenship and Shelia Ann Daugherty; two sons Billy
Odell Carbaugh and Gary Lee Carbaugh; a brother Gene Carbaugh; three sisters Maybell, Dorothy and Nancy
Carbaugh; three brother-in-laws Dee Morgan, Leonard Bailey and Ernest Riffe; a sister-in-law Gracie
Carbaugh; a granddaughter Normal Ann; and her companion Odell Blankenship. Survivors include two
sisters Clara Mae (Lewis) Ingram and Vivian Bailey; several grandchildren, great grandchildren and family

"James George was the 6th of seven children born to James C. Plummer and Sarah Ann (Parks) Plummer. James C. and Sarah were married on November 17, 1870 in Grayson Co. by Rev. Philip S. Schuler in the home of Sarah's second cousin, David Flemming Parks.
The children of James C. and Sarah, in order of birth, were Albert Mitchell, Robert Washington, Troy Oscar, Wiley, Phebe, James George Plummer and unnamed still born infant."James George first married Charlotte Victoria "Lottie" Finley about 1905. They had five children. Their names in birth order were Albert William, Ethel Mahala, Walter Franklin, Nettie Katherine and James Early Plummer.
"Charlotte died on May 26, 1922, about one month before her last child, James Early, who died at the age of 2 months and 24 days. James George then married Minerva Blevins about 1923. They had one child, Robert S. Plummer.
"Minerva died in 1929. James George then married Laura Barbre. They did not have any children that we know of. When James George died on Oct 31, 1959 he was buried with his second wife Minerva (Blevins) Plummer in Mt. Zion United Methodist Church Cemetery, Bel Air, Harford Co., MD."
