was born on June 12, 1964 in Welch, WV a daughter of the late Ocie and Bonnie Maynard Koutsunis. Tammy
was a member of the Joseph Baptist Church and a 1982 graduate of Oceana High School. In addition to her
parents she is preceded in death by her grandparents Oliver and Stella Maynard. Survivors include her
daughter Brittany Koutsunis of Oceana; two brothers Johnny Maynard and Jimmy Dale; and a host of other
loving family and friends. Funeral services will be held at 1:00 PM on Saturday, November 12, 2016 at the
Joseph Baptist Church, Lynco, WV with Pastor William Cook and Rev. Dalley Maynard officiating. Friends
may gather with the family from 11:00 AM until time of service on Saturday, November 12, 2016 at the
church. In keeping with her wishes she will be cremated following the service...."
