"Charles David (TM) Steele, 72, of Steeles, WV, passed away Wednesday, August 21, 2019 in the Charleston Area Medical Center, Memorial Division in Charleston, WV."Charles was born February 8, 1947, in Steeles, WV, a son of the late Levi Horn and Cora Mae Lester Steele. He was a United States Army Veteran having served during the Viet Nam war. Charles was a coal miner and of the Freewill Baptist faith. He enjoyed working on automobiles and loved spending time with his children and grandchildren.
