Surrounded by his loving family. Born November 24, 1953, he was the son of the late Walter & Rosie Lockhart of Gary, West Virginia. In addition to his parents, he was proceeded in death by three (3) brothers: Walter Lockhart, Jr., William Lockhart, & Willie Lockhart, as well as his Mother in Law, Irene Roope of Welch, West Virginia.Left to cherish his memories are his Wife of Forty-Two (42) years, Mary Dawn Lockhart, as well as his two (2) Sons that were the pride of his life: Nicholas (Heather) Lockhart of Beckley, West Virginia, Zachary (Brianna) Lockhart of Princeton, West Virginia, as well as Four (4) Granddaughters whom he loved dearly: Emma, Addison, Ava, & Faith.Two (2) Sisters Helen Clemins of Gary, West Virginia & Donna Myers (Andy) of Palatka, Florida.Wallace was widely known for his kindness and often helping out in the community. He attended Anderson Memorial Presbyterian Church of Welch and loved his Church Family.Funeral Services will be held on Wednesday, November 27, 2019, 1:00 PM; Pastor Chuck Hammond officiating at Fanning Funeral Home of Welch. Burial will follow at Woodlawn Memorial Park in Bluewell, West Virginia.Friends may call one (1) hour prior to services. "John “Paul” Baker, 47, of Raysal, WV, passed away Friday, November 22, 2019 in the Bowers Hospice House in Beckley, WV. Paul was born December 19, 1971, in Welch, WV, a son of the late Harold and Shirley Lambert Baker. Paul loved his family dearly and enjoyed hunting and fishing. He was former coal miner. Paul will be greatly missed by all who knew him.

"Paul was preceded in death by his parents, Harold and Shirley Baker; and three brothers, Harold Dennis, Eddie and Mark Baker.

"Left to cherish his memory are his wife, Priscilla Blevins Baker of the home; two sons, Nicholas Paul Baker and girlfriend, Britney Blevins of Raysal, WV and Ryan Harold Baker and girlfriend Gracie Sloan of Mooresville, NC; three grandsons, Nicholas James Paul Baker of Abbs Valley, VA, Kaiden Reece Baker and Remington Colt Baker both of Raysal, WV; two brothers, Ray Baker and Tracy Baker and wife Ruth all of Raysal, WV; three sisters, Kay Horne of Marion, VA, Pearl Glick and husband Allen of Glossclose, VA, and Tammy Baker and boyfriend Travis of Marion, VA; two special friends, Darren and Windy Tolliver and Steve and Sherry Burton all of Raysal, WV; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

"Friends may visit with the family at the Family Worship Center in Jolo, WV, Wednesday, November 27, 2019 from 12 noon until 2 p.m. Funeral services will be conducted at 2p.m. with Pastor Charles Rose and Reverend Allan Adams officiating.

"Son of James Sale and Martha Henderson; husband of 1) Ada Mae Kirby and 2) Ola Ethel Sale. He was married twice more, once to a Holloway and another woman, name unknown to me. Father of Cornelius Calvin Sale, Jr. who was adopted and renamed Robert Carlyle Byrd, US Senator from West Virginia. This Cornelius' death certificate says he was buried at Hinshaw Baptist Church, but Hinshaw does not have a cemetery, however, within walking distance of two blocks is the North Wilkesboro Town Cemetery, formerly "Baptist Cemetery", and his first wife is buried there, but in doing research at Mountlawn, I found him buried with his 4th and last wife and son, Jimmy Q."
