She was born February 24, 1968 in McDowell County, WV, a daughter of the late Howard Edward and Dora Bennett Sexton. In addition to her parents she is preceded in death by a brother Jimmy Ryder. Those left to cherish her memories are her son Roger Lee Steele, II; two brothers Wayne Ryder, and Jesse and Karen Ryder all of Indianapolis; her best friends Heather Payne of Avondale, and JoAnn Browning of Litwar; and a host of other loving family and friends. Pat was a homemaker and attended the Pine Grove Baptist Church, where she was a devoted member of the ladies aide.
