"Garnett June Carr, 83 of the Tip Top community of North Tazewell, VA died Friday, February 15, 2019 at her home. Born June 14, 1935 in Newhall, WV, she was a daughter of the late Eldridge Isaac and Ethel Audra Craighead Carr. She was member of the Mudfork Church of Christ. Miss Carr had worked at Woodlawn Memorial Park Cemetery and Dunford Roofing as a CPA with over fifty years experience. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a sister, Bonnie Helena Johnson; brothers, Jack Melvin Carr and Roy Lee Carr; brothers in law, Ralph Johnson and Carnes Horn. The family would like to express special thanks to Brenda, Devon, and MSA Hospice of Richlands, VA for the loving care they provided."Entombment will follow at Woodlawn Memorial Park Cemetery Mausoleum at Bluewell, WV.
