She was born on April 9, 1955 to the late Albert “Banty” and Lucille Myers."Elsie was preceded in death by her husband Arnold Lilly, brother Wayne Myers, and grandson Frankie Bishop.
"Elsie was so very kind and loving to everyone she met and touched so many lives with her strength, love and sweet spirit. God truly created a beautiful angel when He created Elsie . She could find the humor in every situation and her smile would spread to everyone around her. Elsie loved to cook (her fried apple pies and peanut butter cookies were regular requests by everyone), she loved to garden, she worked hard and loved even harder. Her family was everything to her.
