"Michael Douglas Kennedy, 40, of Matheny, WV, formerly of Long Branch, WV, passed away on Wednesday July
15, 2020. He was born June 22, 1980 in Mullens, WV, a son of Junior Lee Kennedy and the late Alice Marie Adkins
Kennedy. He enjoyed fishing, spending time with his children and watching NFL Football. In addition to his
mother he was preceded in death by a good friend Mikey Colegrove. Survivors include his loving father Junior
Lee Kennedy and companion Anna Sutters of Long Branch; two children Allison Kaye-Lynn Kennedy and Colton
Chase Kennedy; his companion of nine years Melissa Kaye Clark; three sisters Diana (Kip) Neace of Pineville,
Rhonda (Dewayne) Lester of Hanover and Rosana (David) Toler of Clear Fork; three brothers Robert (Delores)
Kennedy of East Lynn, Johnathan (Cindy) Kennedy of North Springs and Craig (Becky) Kennedy of Gilbert; a host
of nieces, nephews and other loving family and friends. Graveside services will be held at 6:00 PM on Tuesday,
July 21, 2020 at the Toler Cemetery, Sunhill, WV, with Evangelist Bradley Kennedy and Pastor Irvin Lee
officiating. Family and friends will serve as pallbearers. The family is being served by the Stafford Family
Funeral Home, Lynco, WV."
