Baptist Church, and the UMWA Local 7692. In addition to his parents he is preceded in death by three
brothers Wannie, Vaughn and Cleateth Osborne; and three sisters Emma Bailey, Gertrude Lusk and Tiny

at Raleigh General Hospital, Beckley, WV. She was born on January 24, 1947 in Matheny, WV a daughter of the
late Bennie Talley and Ida Belcher Lafferty. Margaret was a homemaker and a member of Faith Baptist Church. In
addition to her parents she is preceded in death by her loving husband Landy Lay Osborne; one sister Vena
Lafferty; and two brothers Walter Lafferty and William Lafferty. Those left to cherish her memory include her
daughter Vickie (Iverson) Bailey of Matheny; a sister Dixie (David) Cooke of Jesse; a brother Benny (Virginia)
Lafferty of Matheny; special friends Iris Workman, Becky Workman, Bert Short, III, Pastor Johnny Toler, and
Sandra Dove; and a host of nieces, nephews and other loving family and friends. Funeral services will be held at 1
