"Zachary was preceded in death by his great grandparents, Bobby and Mabel Bailey, and a great uncle, Michael Bailey.
"Survivors include his parents, James and Amanda Bailey Phillips of Coalwood, WV; grandparents, Dexter and Angela Bailey of Panther, WV; great uncle, Adrian Lester of Long Pole near Panther; one sister, Scotlann Phillips of Coalwood; a step brother, Aiden Phillips of Coalwood; a great aunt, Beverly Lawson of Princeton; a cousin, Amy Lawson Mullins of Morgantown; and a special family member, Luther and Iona Bailey of Panther.
