He was born in Long Branch, VA; moving to Mohawk with his mother after his dad passed away. He was of the Old Regular Baptist faith."A coal miner for 35 years, he loved to hunt, ride horses and his four-wheeler. Noah along with his wife Rosie were avid farmers and quilt makers. He was a master woodworker making everything from bread boxed to kitchen cabinets. Noah liked his music; he could pick a tune on just about anything. He was a loving father, grandpa, and great grandpa.
