at Logan Regional Medical Center, Logan, WV. She was born on December 6, 1946 in Simon, WV a daughter of
the late John Henry and Elouise Maggie Kennedy Conn. Eleanor is a member of the Long Branch Freewill Baptist
Church and the Ladies Aide. In addition to her parents she is preceded in death by three sisters Texanna Bailey,
Elizabeth Barnett and Shelva Jean Conn; a brother Delno Conn; a niece Shannon Kenneda; and a nephew Brandon
Conn. Survivors include her loving husband of 53 years Kendel Burns "Brownie" Osborne; her children Richard
(Denise) Osborne, Jerry (Melissa) Conn, Bradley (Rena) Osborne and Kendall (Fallon) Osborne all of Long
Branch; Sixteen grandchildren Nikki Conn, JD Lawrence, Tory (Tanner) Stewart, Cloe Osborne, Kyle Osborne,
