"Charles (Charlie) Blankenship, 68, of Panther, WV, passed away Saturday, September 26, 2020 at his residence following a short battle with cancer."Charlie was born June 15, 1952, a son of the late James Henry Blankenship and Helen Lester Blankenship Matney. He was a member of the Panther Missionary Baptist Church and enjoyed farming, camping, hunting and carpentry.
"In addition to his parents Charlie was preceded in death by, his stepfather, Wayne Matney; and two sisters, Ocie and Charlotte Roberts.
