General Hospital, Beckley, WV. He was born on July 5, 1936 in McGraws, WV a son of the late Alfred and
Goldie Lusk Tilley. James is a member of the Bellemeade Baptist Church and the UMWA. In addition to his
parents he is preceded in death by his first wife Dorothy Tilley; a sister Betty Elizabeth Sinecoff; a brother
Curtis Tilley; his step children Patricia Tilley, Carol Domi, and Sandra Sullivan. Survivors include his loving
wife of 10 years Loretta Ritchie Tilley; step children Kelly Cozort of Glen Fork, Kathy Tilley of Ravencliff, Kathy
Miller of Georgia, and Billy Irick of Ravencliff; three sisters Ruby Byars of McGraws, Margaret Stewart of
Oceana, and Mary Lou Hill of Oceana; two brothers Jackie Tilley of Ravencliff, and Bobby Tilley of McGraws;
and a host of step grandchildren, nieces, nephews and other loving family and friends. Funeral service will be
held at 12 pm on Saturday, April 10th in the Chapel of Stafford Family Funeral Home, Lynco, WV with Pastor
