"Phyllis Loraine Mounts 76, of Welch, West Virginia passed away Tuesday, May 25, 2021. Phyllis was born March 10, 1945 to the late Lawrence Chapman and Sarah Thompson. Formerly employed in Auto Manufacturing as a Production Worker; she was also a wonderfully talented artist who could paint, draw, greatly enjoyed crafts and played piano, guitar and mandolin in church. Phyllis was preceded in passing by two husbands: William Toby Mounts and Jackie Harris as well as her granddaughter, Samantha Nicole Harris. Surviving family members include: daughter, Pam Harris; son, Michael Harris; grandson, Michael Steele, Jr.; granddaughter, Christabella Bair; brother Joseph Chapman and wife, Wanda as well as her good friend, Amy Willis.
