"Pearl Mae Duvall, age 80, of Bramwell, WV died on Friday, July 3, 2009 at Bluefield Regional Medical Center. She had lived in Bramwell for the past 30 years and was a member of the Baptist Church. She was a devoted wife, mother, and grandmother."Born on November 18, 1928, in Leckie, WV, she was a daughter of the late Ellis F. Anders Sr. (1900-1976) and Katie Brown-Anders (1907-1981). In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Earl Howard Duvall Sr. (Deceased); a grandchild, Howard Earl Duvall Jr. (Deceased); two sisters, Rose Anders (1926-Deceased), and Lucille Anders-Sizemore (1938-1992); and two brothers, Ellis F. "Richard" "Junior" Anders Jr. (1923-1961), and Charlie Anders (1944-1965).

"On Wednesday, May 26, 2021, Sarah L McGhee 92 of Premier, WV, was called home to be with the Lord. Sarah was preceded in death by her husband, Quincy A. McGhee, and great granddaughter, Nalah Starke. Cherishing precious memories of her are her son Michael A. McGhee of Bluffton, SC, and daughter Yivetta J. McGhee-Starke (Winston) of Waldorf, MD; 2 grandsons; 4 great-grandsons; a host of relatives and friends.
Family will receive friends on Friday, June 4, 2021 at Restlawn Memorial Gardens Mausoleum 6605 New Hope Road, Bluefield, WV from 11:00 a.m. until the service hour at 12:00 a.m. Rev. Larry Hairston will officiate. Entombment will follow in the mausoleum.

"Larry James Smith, 69, of Beckley, WV passed away on Monday, May 31, 2021 at his home. He was born on May 24, 1952 in McGraws, WV, a son of the late Kenner and Sylvia Harriett Pettry Smith. In addition to his parents he is preceded in death by two sisters Ella Mae Howard, and Daisy Mae Bailey three brothers Everett Smith, Lawrence Smith and Eugene Smith. Survivors include his companion of 22 years Patricia Adkins children Christina Dawn (Christopher) Snuffer and James Larry (Loretta Lynn Montrosse) all of Ravencliff, Juanita Vance of Charleston, Perry (Trena) Adkins of Oak Hill, and Billy (Erin Jones) Adkins of Beckley a sister Hazel Tilley of McGraws fifteen grandchildren C.J. Vance, and Chase Vance who helped take care of him the apple of his eye Isabella Adkins and a host of other loving family and friends.
